Is it actually waterproof, or just water-resistant?

The case seals with a gasket and a latching lid, so closed it keeps out rain and spills. Rated for rain and splashes rather than submersion.

What are the dimensions and weight?

The case measures roughly 11 in × 10¼ in × 3⅓ in (28 × 26 × 8.5 cm) on the outside and weighs about 1.2 kg (2.6 lb) empty — light enough to carry one-handed or drop into a backpack.

What's the difference between the 5-deck and 6-deck kit?

Same case, same price. The 5-deck kit includes a dice box and toploader slots; the 6-deck kit trades those for a sixth deck compartment and a playmat holder.
